Sales Executive — Online & Physical Markets

Lumiras Group is expanding its consumer products division and will begin importing a range of items from China. We are hiring a Sales Executive who can manage both online sales (Noon, Amazon, etc.) and physical market sales in Dubai.

Position: Sales Executive — Online & Physical Markets

Key Responsibilities:

Online Sales (E-commerce):

• Manage product listings on Noon, Amazon, and other platforms.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews.
• Monitor stock, update listings, and track online performance.
• Coordinate with operations for timely order processing and deliveries.

Physical Sales:

• Visit wholesale and retail markets across Dubai.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential buyers.
• Present products to shops, distributors, and resellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local market vendors.
• Conduct market research, competitor checks, and pricing analysis.

General Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the trading and operations team.
• Assist with product sourcing, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analysis.

Requirements:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Portal is a must.
• Strong background in retail or wholesale sales in UAE markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel across Dubai’s markets daily.
• Familiar with product listings, online advertising, and basic marketplace analytics.
• Proactive, energetic, and result-driven personality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
