Sales Executive (OQ Group)

OQ Group is a state-owned integrated energy company involved in oil, gas, petrochemicals, and renewable energy.

At OQ Group, a Sales Executive usually works in one of its business units (oil products, petrochemicals, industrial materials, or trading). The role is more B2B (business-to-business) rather than retail sales.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell OQ products (e.g., petrochemicals, industrial materials, trading goods)

Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients

Expand market presence locally and internationally

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Handle customer inquiries and negotiations

Provide customized solutions based on client needs

3. Sales Operations

Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales proposals

Coordinate with logistics, production, and supply chain teams

Ensure timely delivery of products and services

4. Sales Target Achievement

Meet monthly and annual sales targets

Track performance against KPIs

Support revenue growth strategies

5. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Work with Sales & Marketing Manager

Maintain customer databases and market data

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in B2B sales (preferred in industrial/oil & gas sectors)

Ability to work with targets and pressure

Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting

Pay: From RO700.000 per month
