Job Title: Area Manager – Perfume Sales

Location: Muscat, Oman

Salary: OMR 500 – 600 per month

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to lead and expand our perfume sales operations in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fragrance retail or distribution, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales performance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales operations across assigned branches
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Manage, train, and motivate sales teams to ensure high performance
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the perfume industry
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently met
• Prepare sales reports and provide strategic insights to management

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Manager in perfume or fragrance sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the local market in Muscat is an advantage
