Sales Executive – Outbound Calling

Location: Johar Town, Lahore / Remote
Shift: US Timings (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 + Performance Incentives

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive outbound sales for our recruitment and staffing services. The role focuses on engaging US clients, pitching HR recruitment solutions, IT roles, and staff augmentation services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based companies and hiring managers
• Promote HR recruitment, IT hiring, and staff augmentation services
• Generate qualified leads and book meetings for potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand open IT and non-IT roles
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, BPO, telesales, or staffing sales
• Strong English communication and client-handling skills
• Experience working with US clients or US shift operations
• Ability to manage high call volumes and follow up professionally
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
