Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive (Outdoor) to drive our business growth across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the rubber industry with proven ability in B2B sales, client development, and market expansion. This role requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients across Saudi Arabia
• Promote and sell a range of rubber products and solutions to meet client needs
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the rubber industry or related industrial sales
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with strong self-discipline in outdoor sales activities
• Valid driving license is preferred (mandatory for frequent client visits)
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
