About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive in Karachi who can generate leads, extract data, conduct market research, and perform within-Karachi outdoor visits to drive sales for Vurke’s services including Talent-on-Demand, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll Outsourcing, and HR Solutions.
The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with businesses across Karachi.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Research
- Extract relevant business data from online platforms, directories, LinkedIn, and industry portals.
- Identify potential clients across Karachi including SMEs, corporates, HR teams, and IT companies.
- Conduct research on industries, competitors, and target segments to build effective sales pipelines.
- Generate daily/weekly leads using structured data methods and CRM tools.
Client Outreach & Sales Development
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce Vurke’s services.
- Set up client meetings and presentations for decision-makers (HR, admin, finance, and leadership teams).
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed meetings and active clients.
- Maintain organized follow-up data and update CRM with all activity logs.
Outdoor Visits (Within Karachi Only)
- Visit businesses, industrial areas, coworking spaces, and office clusters across Karachi.
- Build relationships with HR managers, business owners, and department heads.
- Attend networking opportunities, local HR events, and corporate meetups when needed.
- Deliver brochures, proposals, and service briefs in person.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly reports on leads generated, visits conducted, and meetings scheduled.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to refine strategy and targets.
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure service alignment with client needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably B2B.
- Strong research and data extraction abilities.
- Excellent communication and confidence in client interactions.
- Comfortable traveling within Karachi for meetings and field sales.
- Strong follow-up discipline and target-oriented work ethic.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and MS Office.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in HR outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, software/tech sales, or B2B services.
- Knowledge of HR processes and workforce outsourcing models.
- Understanding of Karachi business hubs (DHA, Clifton, Shahrah-e-Faisal, SITE, Korangi, etc.).

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
