Sales Executive (Outdoor) - Building Materials

Thomsun Group is looking for 2 Sales professional with experience in building materials or MEP Products.

1) Sales for Projects (MEP Contractors)
2) Sales for Traders (Retail)

The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets in the UAE construction market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales for Projects Sales

• Identify and develop new project opportunities in the construction sector, projects
• Liaise with consultants,MEP contractors, developers, and project managers
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical submittals, and tenders
• Follow up on approvals, orders, deliveries, and payments
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business

Sales for Trading / Channel Sales

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, and retailers
• Generate leads through regular market visits
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely collection of payments

UAE Sales Expereince in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing/ MEP Industry is a must.
