Job Title: Outdoor/Field Sales Executive.

Job Summary

The Outdoor/Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships within a designated sales territory by traveling to meet customers in person, understanding their needs, and selling the company's products or services.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods (Field Visit & networking).

Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential and existing customers.

Sales & Negotiation: Present sales proposals, discuss product benefits, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Territory Management: Manage and expand the customer base within an assigned geographical area.

Reporting: Provide the daily customer visit data to Manager sales or Business development Manager.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases.

Experience:

Proven sales experience (Field Sales, Outside Sales) 1-2 Years

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Excellent time management, organizational, and self-motivation.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Proficiency with MS Office.

Ability to travel frequently.
