About the Role

We are hiring an Experienced Sales Executive for our Packaging Solutions business, focused on the USA market. This role requires handling inbound leads and outbound sales while interacting with US-based clients. Strong English communication and professional sales skills are essential.

Products & Solutions You Will Handle

• Corrugated boxes & cartons
• Flexible packaging (pouches, rolls, laminates)
• Custom printed packaging solutions
• Food-grade & industrial packaging
• Retail and e-commerce packaging

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from USA-based clients
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting
• Communicate professionally via email, chat, and calls
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate deals
• Coordinate with production/design teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain CRM and update client information
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years B2B sales experience (Packaging mandatory)
Prior experience with USA or international clients
Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written)
High typing speed and ability to handle live chat/email efficiently
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
Comfortable with evening/night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
