Position: Sales Executive – Paints / Coating Materials

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and dealers.
- Promote and sell the company's range of paints, coatings, and construction material products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in paints, coatings, construction chemicals, waterproofing products, or building materials.
