Front-line Sales Executive – Plastics & Pallets / Plastic Containers,

Job Title: Front-line Sales Executive – Plastics & Pallets / Plastic Containers

Location: UAE (with travel across GCC as required)

Role Summary:

As a Frontline Sales Executive, you will be the face of our plastics and pallets business in the region — engaging with industrial, logistics, warehousing and FMCG customers to drive growth of our plastic pallets, crates and container product lines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect and engage new customers across the UAE and GCC in sectors such as warehousing, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing and distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Present and promote our plastic pallets, crates and container solutions; understand customer requirements (load capacity, durability, returnable packaging lifecycle) and propose optimal solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, close sales and follow up on order fulfilment in coordination with production, logistics and customer service teams.
  • Monitor market trends (plastics/pallets/containers), competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Liaise with the technical team to ensure product fit-for-purpose, highlight cost-of-ownership benefits and sustainability value propositions (e.g., returnable packaging advantages) aligned with iPlast’s mission.
  • Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, pipeline forecasts and update management regularly.
  • Travel as needed for client visits, industry exhibitions, site audits and meetings across the region.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering or related field (Mechanical/Industrial/Packaging preferable).
  • Minimum 3-5 years (or more) proven B2B sales experience in industrial plastics, material handling packaging, plastic pallets/containers or a similar domain within the GCC region.
  • Existing network and proven track record in plastics/pallets/returnable packaging or logistics/warehousing supply chain will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
