Sales Executive (Point of Sale)

We JUMPPACE is a full service growth optimization and Software Development Agency in Dallas, Taxes and Karachi-Pakistan are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our company. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic, fast-growing international business.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: 08 PM to 05 AM

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (POS Sales Preferred)

Salary: based on experience and achieved targets + Monthly Incentives & Allowances

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-oriented and motivated Sales Executive, Business Development Executives and Sales Closers with hands-on experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions. The right candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a critical role in driving business growth by targeting new customers and nurturing existing accounts. If you're driven by targets and thrive on performance-based rewards, this is an ideal opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings and solution presentations
  • Handle negotiations with decision-makers and senior executives
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate sales activity and pipeline status

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience (POS industry preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
