Sales Executive – IT / Fintech
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's IT and Fintech solutions. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a strong understanding of technology-driven products and services.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Promote and sell the company's IT and Fintech products and solutions to prospective clients.

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, merchants, and business partners.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their business needs.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, Fintech sales, SaaS sales, IT solutions sales, or corporate sales.

Strong understanding of digital payments, financial services, software solutions, or technology products.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
