Job Description
We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients to build and strengthen relationships.
- Assist clients with product/service information, pricing, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, proposals, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction.
- Support the creation of sales reports, pipelines, and performance updates.
- Maintain a positive, confident, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus.
