Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai Marina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the toys industry, with proven success in key account management, business development, and buyer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key retail and distribution accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the toy category
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, marketing, and product strategy
• Track market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the toys industry
• Experience handling major accounts such as Playsmart, Hatim, Disney, Marvel, or similar brands
• Strong background in Key Account Management (KAM) and Business Development (BDM)
• Proven sales track record with a focus on growth and client retention
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
