Job Title: Sales Executive – PROJECT JOINERY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our PROJECT JOINERY cum BUILDING MATERIALS company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for projects’ JOINERY. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the REAL ESTATE industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum [3] years of experience in sales, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry or project joinery supply field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery basic know-how, and design solutions is a plus.

Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (WITHIN UAE).

Able to visit site during work progress to ensure delivery in good order.
