Job Summary
Sera Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow project sales within the ceramics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealer network development, project sales, and strong relationships with architects and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project sales through dealers, distributors, and project clients.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the project-based dealership network in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and interior designers to generate project leads.
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial and residential projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Conduct regular market visits to dealers, architects, and project sites.
- Ensure effective product display, availability, and branding at dealer outlets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and collections.
- Prepare sales reports and share market feedback with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in Ceramics, Tiles, or Sanitary Ware industry (preferred).
- Strong understanding of project sales and dealership management.
- Existing network with architects and dealers will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with willingness to travel within the assigned area.
