Job Overview

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Executives to support sales operations for its upcoming property development projects in Karachi. The role involves handling client inquiries, managing leads, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while working closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team.

This position is suitable for professionals with prior experience in real estate sales and client handling.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management

  • Generate, follow up, and convert property sales leads.
  • Present project details, pricing, and payment plans to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Client Handling & Coordination

  • Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to booking.
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations.
  • Ensure timely responses to client queries with professional conduct.

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and open house events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to handle inbound leads.
  • Provide market feedback and client insights to management.

Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare basic sales activity and follow-up reports.

Key RequirementsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate or property sales is required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of Karachi’s real estate market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Target-oriented, organized, and professional in client dealings.
