Overview
Drive property sales and client relationships for residential and/or commercial real estate—manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing while meeting revenue targets and delivering excellent client service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead generation & prospecting: source and qualify leads via listings, referrals, portals, social media, and events.
- Client management: conduct property viewings, present offerings, advise on market value, negotiate terms, and manage offers to closing.
- Market knowledge: maintain up-to-date knowledge of Doha property market, pricing, regulations, and competitor inventory.
- Sales administration: prepare sales agreements, coordinate with legal/title/finance teams, track pipeline in CRM, and ensure documentation for handover.
- Targets & reporting: achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, provide sales forecasts, and report pipeline/status to sales manager.
- Relationship building: cultivate developer, broker, and corporate relationships; attend networking and property events.
- After‑sales service: support clients through handover, mortgage facilitation, and post‑sale enquiries to drive referrals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years real estate sales experience; Doha/GCC market experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills; confident presenter and relationship builder.
- Knowledge: Familiar with property sales process, contracts, and local real estate regulations.
- Tools: Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
- Language: English required; Arabic advantageous.
- License: Real estate/agency license if required by local regulation.
KPIs / Targets
- Sales volume/revenue: meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conversion rate: qualified leads → closed deals.
- Time-to-close: average days from lead to sale.
- Customer satisfaction / referral rate.
Pay: QAR23.00 - QAR45.00 per hour
