Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the UAE property market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales, client handling, and closing deals, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties in the UAE.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and portals.
- Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers/investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions (CRM systems).
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Handle buying, selling, and leasing of properties across the UAE.
- Manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close deals.
- Strong knowledge of Freehold & Non-Freehold areas.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- RERA certification (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) is a strong advantage.
