SALES EXECUTIVE - REAL ESTATE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the UAE property market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales, client handling, and closing deals, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties in the UAE.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and portals.
  • Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers/investors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions (CRM systems).
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Handle buying, selling, and leasing of properties across the UAE.
  • Manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close deals.
  • Strong knowledge of Freehold & Non-Freehold areas.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • RERA certification (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) is a strong advantage.
