Job Description — Sales Executive (Female)
Real Estate Division | IBRAYA Group
Position Overview
The Sales Executive is a key representative of IBRAYA Group’s Real Estate Division, responsible for converting leads into sales while maintaining a strong professional presence in both client interactions and brand representation. The ideal candidate is confident, socially active, modern, and well-presented, with the ability to build trusted relationships and maintain an influential presence both offline and online.
Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Lead Management
Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries (calls, walk-ins, website leads, social media leads).
Conduct timely and effective follow-ups to maintain strong client engagement.
Manage the entire client lifecycle using the company CRM system.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and progress.
Sales Meetings, Presentations & Closings
Present project details and investment propositions confidently and professionally.
Attend client meetings on-site, at project locations, and at client offices when required.
Build trust and rapport through strong interpersonal and social skills.
Convert qualified leads into sales through relationship-based selling.
Coordinate with internal departments for bookings, documentation, and handovers.
Ensure a smooth, premium client experience throughout the closing process.
Brand Presence, Social Engagement & Content Creation
Maintain an active professional presence across social platforms.
Create professional reels, vlogs, and short-format video content to promote Autograph and other IBRAYA Group developer projects.
Represent the company confidently in video content, events, exhibitions, and networking spaces.
Stay socially connected within the real estate and corporate circles to enhance brand visibility.
Uphold a modern, elegant, and professional appearance aligned with IBRAYA brand standards.
Team Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the Sales Coordinator and other departments to streamline operations.
Submit regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales.
Participate in team meetings, internal training, and performance reviews.
Maintain a friendly, cooperative, and team-oriented work approach.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience
1–3 years of real estate sales experience.
Experience with high-rise / vertical projects is an added advantage.
Experience or confidence in front of the camera (for reels/vlogs) is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Confident, extroverted, and socially active personality.
Modern, elegant, and professional dressing sense.
Excellent client-handling and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Ability to create social media content (reels, vlogs, promotional videos).

Working Conditions
On-site role, 6 days a week.
Must be available for external client visits, events, launches, and social gatherings when required.
