About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our paint sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the paint/building materials industry, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage and grow dealer/distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks across assigned regions.
- Establish strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns in the market.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in paint sales / building materials / construction products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the paint industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of decorative & industrial paints, coatings, and application methods.
- Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.

Pay: ₹16,250.42 - ₹30,000.00 per month
