About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our paint sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the paint/building materials industry, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage and grow dealer/distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build, manage, and expand dealer/distributor networks across assigned regions.
  • Establish strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns in the market.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in paint sales / building materials / construction products.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the paint industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of decorative & industrial paints, coatings, and application methods.
  • Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.
  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,250.42 - ₹30,000.00 per month
