What You’ll Do:

• Handle ready & hot leads and convert them into deals
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Understand client needs and offer the best property solutions
• Build long-term client relationships
• Negotiate and successfully close deals

Who We’re Looking For:

• Freshers who are confident, presentable, and eager to learn
• Experienced real estate agents or sales professionals
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion to earn more
• Candidates currently based in UAE preferred

Compensation:

• Basic Salary OR Salary + Commission (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure
• Performance-based incentives & bonuses
