Sales Executive - Recreational Facilities & Events

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for recreational facilities managed by our Facilities Management company, including sports complexes, gyms, swimming pools, leisure canters, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote memberships, recreational programs, and event bookings (corporate, community, and private events).
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful execution of events and services.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and client records in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in recreation, events, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in event sales or corporate sales is an advantage.
  • Qatar driving license required; Arabic language is a plus.
