Sales Executive – Remote Medical Billing

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who understands the nuances of the healthcare landscape and knows how to build trust with practice managers and C-suite executives alike.

What You’ll Do

You won't just be "making calls." You will be a consultant for medical practices, helping them identify leaks in their revenue stream.

• Own the Pipeline: Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand a practice’s current pain points (e.g., high days in AR, low clean-claim rates).
• Deliver Solutions: Present tailored RCM demos and proposals that clearly demonstrate ROI and increased collections.
• Close with Confidence: Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from private practitioners to hospital boards.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts, such as changes in ICD-10 coding, CMS regulations, and payer behaviors.

Who You Are

• The Connector: You have 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, specifically within RCM, medical billing, or Health IT.
• The Subject Matter Expert: You know your way around an EOB, you understand MACRA/MIPS, and you can explain the "denial management" process without breaking a sweat.
• The Closer: You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
• The Communicator: You can translate complex financial data into a compelling story for a doctor who just wants to know when they’ll get paid.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and comfortable presenting via Zoom or in-person.
• Impact: Your work directly helps keep local medical practices profitable and sustainable.

Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
