We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with a basic IT background to promote and sell our Restaurant Management System (RMS). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand and explain simple technical features to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads within the F&B sector (restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens).
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain RMS features and benefits to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing.
- Coordinate with the technical team for onboarding and implementation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales (IT or software sales preferred).
- Basic IT knowledge—able to understand software features and explain them clearly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
