Job Overview

We are seeking results-driven Sales Executives to drive retail sales of automotive paint and coating solutions within the assigned UAE market. The role focuses on customer acquisition, product promotion, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service and strong technical product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales of automotive paint products including basecoat-clearcoat systems, single-stage paints, 2K shades, primers, putties, and related ancillaries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with garages, body shops, painters, retailers, and distributors to expand market presence
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers through proactive sales engagement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory
• Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and application support to customers
• Coordinate with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and support promotions
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, competitor insights, and customer data
• Ensure professional conduct in all customer interactions in line with company standards
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in automotive paints, coatings, chemicals, or retail industrial sales is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
