Sales Executive - Retailer Channel

Bhilwara, India

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage retailer network for JCB construction equipment spare parts in Bhilwara region.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective dealer/retailer engagement.
  • Regular market visits to monitor stock, product movement, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  • Coordinate with parts team to ensure availability of required parts.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
  • Support promotional activities and schemes for retailers to drive sales growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in Retailer Business /Automobile / Construction Equipment / Spare Parts / Industrial Products sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiar with Bhilwara and surrounding market areas.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
