Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at CounsellingX, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between international students and our international counselling team. This is not a typical sales position - you will be the proactive connector who understands student needs, addresses their queries, and ensures a seamless transition to our expert counsellors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international students, addressing their questions and guiding them effectively.
- Act as a bridge between students and counsellors to facilitate smooth communication and alignment on educational goals.
- Understand students’ academic requirements and connect them with the right counselling support.
- Maintain professional, clear, and culturally sensitive communication, especially with international clients and partner universities.
- Proactively follow up with students to nurture leads and support their journey from inquiry to enrolment.
- Collaborate closely with the counselling team to ensure students receive timely and accurate information.
- Keep detailed records of student interactions and feedback to improve the counselling process.
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills - fluency and clarity are essential.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in education or related fields involving international clients.
- Sharp-minded, quick to understand student needs and able to respond effectively.
- Highly proactive, with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple student interactions daily.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity for working with diverse international students.
