Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. This role involves meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Research market trends and identify opportunities for new business.
- Cold call, email, or meet with potential clients to introduce products or services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing:
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and quotes to clients.
- Negotiate terms and prices with clients to secure deals.
- Close sales and ensure all contractual agreements are met.
- Sales Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM software.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and forecast future sales opportunities.
- Report on sales targets and performance to the Sales Manager or Director.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth post-sale follow-up.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve skills and stay informed about product updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in other sales/customer service roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years experience in stainless steel fabrication, Racking and Shelving Sales
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Work Environment:
- This role is typically office-based with some travel to client locations as required.
- Flexibility may be needed for occasional evening or weekend meetings with clients.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
