Position: Sales Executive/ Sales Engineer

Location: Bukhari Commercial (DHA Phase 6) (Karachi)

Department: AV Automation

Powerhouse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sales Executive/ Engineer to join our AV Automation Department. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge technology and shape the future of smart living.

Key Responsibilities:

-Promote and market high-end AV and Automation residential equipment.

-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

-Arrange daily visits and generate leads from architects, consultants, and panel builders.

-Conduct market surveys, share insights, and encourage clients toward solutions.

-Identify potential sales leads and hand them over to the main office for final closure.

-Maintain a proper database and sales pipeline with client details.

-Ensure daily reporting through meetings, emails, and regular correspondence.

-Conduct market research on pricing, products, and trends to drive sales growth.

-Meet, brief, and convince clients regarding submitted proposals.

-Ensure timely domestic and offshore ordering once sales are closed.

-Manage payment collection and record-keeping.

-Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest AV & Automation product trends.

-Generate sales proposals using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

-Provide product demonstrations in the showroom based on customized client requirements.

-Report directly to the Line Manager.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or BBA.

-Strong written and spoken English skills.

-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

-Prior experience in sales & marketing (preferably in AV & Automation) is a plus.
