Sales Executive /Sales Manager (Male/Female)

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell luxury real estate projects including housing, apartments, townhouses, and commercial developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWI clients, investors, and overseas buyers.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in high-end real estate sales (DHA, Gulberg, premium projects preferred).
  • Strong connections with investors, overseas Pakistanis, and corporate buyers.
  • Excellent communication (Urdu & English), negotiation, and presentation.
  • Confident, persuasive, well-groomed, and able to deal with high-profile clients.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory if sales record is strong).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 (based on experience).
  • Commission: Attractive, performance-based (high earning potential).
