Sales executive/ Sales representative (Plastics/ Polymers)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our range of plastic and polymer products. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the plastics or chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastics and polymers market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable plastic and polymer solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of sales experience in plastics, polymers, or chemicals.
• Strong technical understanding of plastic and polymer applications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
