What You ll Do

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the scaffolding and steel segments
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across construction and industrial sectors
* Conduct on-site client visits, deliver product presentations, and follow up on inquiries
* Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close contracts according to company policy
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline management
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and installations
* Submit regular sales reports and maintain detailed records of all client interactions

Ideal Profile

* Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE scaffolding and steel industry
* Strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems and steel fabrication processes
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and client-facing skills

* Valid UAE driving license preferred
