Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business and develop client relationships in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and approach potential clients (importers, exporters, traders)

* Generate RFQs and prepare logistics quotations

* Present company services and solutions

* Follow up on leads and convert them into business

* Maintain CRM and client database

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

* Sales experience preferred (logistics industry advantage)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Target-oriented mindset

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* Number of new clients acquired

* Monthly sales volume

* Lead conversion rate

* Pipeline growth

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month

Work Location: In person
