Job Description

Cannata World Wide Cargo Services LLC, a leading integrated logistics provider specializing in air, sea, and land freight, customs clearance, warehouse storage, packing, and palletization services, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Executive – Sea Freight Division. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional commercial acumen, strategic sales capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of international freight operations. This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving revenue growth while ensuring strict adherence to UAE laws, regulations and the company’s operational compliance standards. The position is integral to strengthening client relationships, expanding market share, and safeguarding the company’s commercial and legal interests.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage high-value client accounts within the sea freight domain, ensuring revenue targets and strategic objectives are consistently met.
  • Execute end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure, in alignment with the company’s operational guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across air freight, land freight, customs clearance, warehouse storage, packing, and palletization services to deliver integrated logistics solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, UAE customs policies, and global trade compliance requirements, ensuring all sales activities align with legal obligations and corporate governance policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing strategic insights to senior management to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
  • Safeguard the company’s assets, proprietary information, and client data, ensuring all commercial engagements adhere to internal risk management and compliance protocols.
  • Prepare timely reports and sales forecasts, tracking performance metrics against KPIs and delivering actionable recommendations for process and revenue optimization.
  • Represent Cannata World Wide Cargo Services LLC professionally in all client interactions, industry events, and business development forums, upholding the company’s reputation and brand integrity.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in sales within sea freight operations, ideally with exposure to integrated logistics services.
  • Strong understanding of international freight operations, customs regulations, and logistics compliance requirements within the UAE.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and relevant freight management software.
