Executive Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber, growth-oriented Sales Representative to spearhead the expansion of our Florida operations. This is a strategic business development role, not a security guard position. We are looking for a sophisticated "hunter" who can navigate professional environments, build high-level relationships, and secure premium security contracts across the region.

The Role: Hybrid & Relationship-Driven

This position offers a Hybrid work structure, allowing for a balance between remote strategic planning and high-impact field activity.

Strategic Networking: Represent the firm at industry events and corporate gatherings to build a robust pipeline.

Client Consultation: Conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers to assess security needs for corporate offices, educational institutions, and large-scale events.

Market Expansion: Actively grow the company’s footprint in the Florida markets through relationship-focused sales rather than high-volume cold calling.

Corporate & Executive Protection: Secure contracts for high-net-worth individuals and corporate headquarters.

Institutional Security: Develop long-term partnerships with schools and government facilities.

Event Logistics: Negotiate security oversight for major public and private events.

Candidate Requirements

Proven Track Record: Previous experience in professional sales or business development is preferred.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. You must be comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and school administrators.

Self-Motivated Discipline: A "hungry" mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results without micro-management.

Local Residency: Must be based in or near the area with the ability to travel locally for client meetings.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive warm calling, networking, and market research to expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting corporate clients requiring security and protective services.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments with prospective clients to recommend customized security solutions aligned with their operational requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and maintaining high levels of client engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote our security offerings and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales within the security, technology, or related industries, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Strong business development skills with experience in identifying new markets and expanding existing accounts.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning in a competitive landscape.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels through clear communication and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes for informed decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills with a confident approach to warm calling prospects and conducting persuasive presentations.
