professionals, and businesses to instantly share contact details, reduce paper usage, and build a strong digital

brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell BusinessBay.io NFC Business Cards to individual professionals, small businesses, startups, and MSMEs.
• Engage with provided leads and inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch NFC business cards as a digital branding and networking solution.
• Handle the end-to-end sales process from first contact to order confirmation and payment closure.
• Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional card quantities, designs, or related BusinessBay.io offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM, Google Sheets, or MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in inside sales, field sales, or direct sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply for the

Executive role).

• Good experience in calling, follow-ups, and closing sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to clearly explain product benefits.
• Confident personality with professional business etiquette.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital products or NFC-based solutions is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
