Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 80,000 + High Commissions

About the Role

We are hiring male and female Sales Executives for our SEO & Website Selling Campaign.
The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and prior experience selling digital services to international clients—especially in the U.S. market.

You will be responsible for pitching SEO packages, website development services, and digital marketing solutions to qualified leads, converting prospects, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international leads (primarily U.S. clients)
• Sell SEO packages, website design & development services, and digital solutions
• Deliver clear, professional, and compelling sales pitches
• Identify client needs and offer tailored service packages
• Handle objections, manage follow-ups, and close deals
• Maintain CRM records, call logs, and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ months of experience in an international call center
• Strong English communication skills (neutral/U.S. accent preferred)
• Experience in SEO sales, digital marketing sales, or website selling (highly preferred)
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (keywords, ranking, ROI, site structure)
• Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
• Strong follow-up and client-handling skills
• Open to both male and female candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to U.S. or other international clients
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
