Sales Executive (Shipping)

CloudMir Ventures Pvt. Ltd., established in 2019, is a diversified organization with business verticals in Shipping & Logistics, Educational Training, Fashion & Apparel, IT Solutions, and Backoffice Operations. We are now expanding our creative team and are looking for a talented Sales Executive for Shipping to join our growing setup in Thiruvananthapuram.

Job Title: Sales Executive (Shipping)

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Department: Sales

Employment Type: In-office, Full-time

Requirements

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in sea, air, and land freight services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare and present freight quotations, proposals, and rate negotiations.

• Collaborate with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth service execution.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely support.

• Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in shipping or logistics.

• Experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics companies preferred.
