Sales Executive- Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, identifying their appliance needs and budget.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, etc.
• Leverage your AC product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell complementary appliances.
• Process sales, manage billing, and coordinate with logistics for delivery/installation.
• Maintain showroom displays, pricing labels, and stock levels.
• Follow up on leads and past customers to drive repeat business.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom promotions.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or HVAC.
• Strong understanding of AC types (split, window, inverter ac units) and basic appliance features.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Arabic + English.
• Customer-first attitude; ability to explain technical specs in simple terms.
• Must have knowledge of (MS Excel, Odoo, Tally).
• Diploma/Degree in sales/marketing .
