About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive to manage and expand sales operations across Sindh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and building long-term relationships with customers and distributors.

Skill Set Required:

1. Technical Understanding of Irrigation Systems

  • Basic knowledge of sprinkler systems, controllers, valves, and sensors.
  • Ability to read site layouts, piping designs, and landscaping plans.
  • Willingness to undergo Rain Bird product training and certification.

2. Sales & Business Development Skills

  • Proven ability to identify leads, pitch products, and close deals.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, landscape architects, golf course managers, or municipal departments.
  • Comfort with long sales cycles and project-based selling.

3. Strong Communication & Relationship Building

  • Fluent and confident in client-facing discussions.
  • Skilled in consultative selling—understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with high-end clients and build trust.

4. Market Understanding

  • Awareness of the local landscaping and golf course market.
  • Understanding of urban development trends and green infrastructure needs.

5. Motivated & Self-Driven

  • Comfortable working independently and setting personal sales targets.
  • Resourceful in tapping into networks and developing partnerships.

6. Organizational Skills

  • Strong follow-up discipline, CRM usage, and reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate with design, technical, and logistics teams.

7. Additional Skills

  • Experience with Rain Bird or competing brands (Hunter, Toro, K-Rain, etc.).
  • Background in landscape architecture, horticulture, or civil engineering.
  • Existing network in real estate, hotels, universities, or public parks.

Requirements:

  • Graduate.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Agri Inputs, HEIS or related fields).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Sindh.
