Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Meet with potential clients (industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, government).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather client requirements.

3. Solution Pitching & Proposal Development

  • Present EPC solutions, technical features, and ROI to clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to develop customized proposals.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations, BOQs, and tender responses.

4. Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
  • Handle objections related to technology, cost, and timelines.
  • Close sales deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with project, design, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales handover to project execution.
  • Track project progress and maintain client communication.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM updates, track leads, and report sales forecasts.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

7. Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle after-sales queries.
