We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell machinery spare parts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of machinery components, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries (manufacturing, construction, mining, etc.).
  • Expand customer base through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales & Customer Management
  • Promote and sell spare parts for industrial machinery to existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain strong after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers regarding spare parts compatibility and usage.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer queries.
  • Reporting & Targets
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales of industrial machinery, spare parts, or related products.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical components (bearings, gears, motors)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Two wheeler mandatory

Language- Assamese is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
