We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell machinery spare parts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of machinery components, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries (manufacturing, construction, mining, etc.).
- Expand customer base through cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Sales & Customer Management
- Promote and sell spare parts for industrial machinery to existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding spare parts compatibility and usage.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer queries.
- Reporting & Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in sales of industrial machinery, spare parts, or related products.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components (bearings, gears, motors)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Two wheeler mandatory
Language- Assamese is mandatory

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
