Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (US Shift)
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Salary: 80,000 to 120,000 PKR + incentives

SourceTeK, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is hiring a Sales Executive to support US staffing operations. The role requires daily outreach to potential clients and building relationships to secure hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US companies and decision makers.
• Present staffing solutions and secure interest for discussions and contracts.
• Maintain lead pipeline, follow up, and manage call outcomes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams on requirements shared by clients.
• Meet activity and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, telesales, or BPO.
• Fluent English with confident communication.
• Familiarity with US shift environment.
• Onsite role.
