Sales Executive - Steel Fabrication

Location: Dubai, UAE (Specific location/industrial area to be added by employer)

Salary: AED 5,000–7,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the steel fabrication industry to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by aggressively identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive steel fabrication services. This role requires a professional who is self-motivated, technically proficient, and eager to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the steel fabrication sector, targeting contractors, consultants, developers, and industrial clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential key decision-makers.
  • Sales Process: Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, accurate quotations, and persuasive sales presentations to clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms to successfully close deals and secure high-value orders.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate closely with the engineering, design, and production teams to ensure technical feasibility, clear communication of client requirements, and timely project delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments to effectively position the company's offerings.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system.
  • Networking: Represent the company professionally at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the steel fabrication, structural steel, or metal industries in the UAE.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, materials, and products (e.g., structures, components, and pipe supports).
  • Mandatory: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have the ability to travel across different emirates as required for client meetings.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for exceeding goals and building professional relationships.
  • Availability: Immediately available candidates preferred.
  • Visa & Nationality: Open to all nationalities. Visa status is open.
