Job Overview:
SEZIST is hiring a Sales Executive responsible for converting leads into student enrollment. The leads will be provided through social media and digital advertising campaigns. The role requires consistent follow-ups, strong communication, and a structured approach to managing prospects.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert leads generated via social media and digital ads
- Communicate with prospective students through calls, messages, and in-person/online meetings
- Provide accurate guidance regarding courses and career paths
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure maximum conversions
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets
- Maintain and update a well-structured Excel sheet with proper lead segmentation
- Follow internal sales SOPs and processes for lead handling and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage leads and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Organized and disciplined in maintaining records and data
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in education sector or career counselling
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: PKR 30,000
- Commission: 7.5% per enrolment
- Monthly Target: 15 student enrolments
