Job Title: Sales Executive – Surgical Products
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Surgical Products / Healthcare Industry)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory
- Promote surgical products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support
- Conduct regular hospital visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and sales forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales practices
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions
- Knowledge of surgical products and clinical applications
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
