Job Title: Sales Executive – Surgical Products
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Surgical Products / Healthcare Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory
  • Promote surgical products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support
  • Conduct regular hospital visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
  • Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and sales forecasts
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales practices

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of surgical products and clinical applications
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
