Job Title: Sales Executive – (Tailoring & Uniforms)
Location: UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, expand our client base, and increase sales for our tailoring and uniform production factory. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target new business opportunities in sectors such as schools, hotels, restaurants, clinics, construction companies, corporate offices… etc.
· Conduct daily field visits to potential clients and pitch uniform and tailoring services.
· Prepare and present quotations, samples, and product catalogs to clients.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close deals effectively.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
· Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
· Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing negotiations until final closing.
· Conduct market research to identify new segments and customer needs.
· Provide feedback to management about customer preferences and market trends.
· Suggest strategies to improve pricing, offers, and product positioning to increase sales.
· Coordinate with the production team to ensure client requirements are delivered on time.
· Maintain a professional relationship with existing clients and provide ongoing support.
· Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions with the production team.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional; experience is the priority).
· 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in uniforms, garments, tailoring, or manufacturing.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Valid UAE driving license (required).
· Target-driven personality with the ability to close deals.
· Good knowledge of UAE market and potential business sectors.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Monthly sales target achievement.
· Number of new clients acquired.
· Revenue growth for the factory.
· Client satisfaction and retention rate.
· Timely follow-up and high closing ratio.
