Sales Executive / Team Lead

Based in Lahore

Our preferred candidates should have experience in the Air & Sea Freight industry, with a focus on selling China to Pakistan import services. While the role includes both air and sea freight services, the primary emphasis will be on Sea Freight sales.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets for sea and air freight services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our client base in the China-to-Pakistan import sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Train, mentor, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Air & Sea Freight industry, specifically in China-to-Pakistan import services.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
